Vtech LS6475-3 Two Handset Cordless Phone
We have been without a land line for years now. Recently we decided to try a VOIP alternative as the need for a home phone was slowly creeping up and we aren’t ready to give cell phones to little kids. Even with all of the adults in the house having a cell phone, occasionally someone might come over to watch the kids and we feel more secure having a home phone for them to use in emergencies. So that was settled, but we didn’t have an actual physical phone to use it with!
The Vtech LS6475-3 is more than just “a phone”. It comes with two handsets, so you can have a base in two different rooms (with five flights in my house… running down three to answer the phone can become dangerous) and it also has an ear piece so now you can have total hands free talking and be productive while on the phone (it’s amazing how much laundry I can fold and how quickly when I’m distracted!).

So how did it work? It lived up to the Vtech name! Not only is the sound crisp on the handsets, but even on the earpiece/headset. Hands down this is the best cordless phone we have ever owned.

I like the technology Vtech has – Connect to BLUETOOTH®-enabled cellular phones to make and receive cellular calls with the ease and comfort of a home phone system. This is what I’d like to have! I have a landline for now but receive mostly telemarketers and I have a cell phone which I use more. This would combine the two in a sense.

I love that they have combined packages with phones and magicjack Plus, and it seems like a great deal since I think the MagicJack Plus itself is $70 something, so to get 2 phones, magicjack w/1 year service for $90 is a steal.
