Spring Collection From The Children’s Place

It’s hard to believe it’s still winter. Here in Missouri, early February, our temperatures have been in the 50’s and 60’s. Plain crazy. Fortunately, The Children’s Place has their spring line available for purchase! Both Emma & Ethan have already grown so much since last summer that most of their summer clothes don’t fit right. We received their new outfits right in the middle of another heat wave.

Emma was sent an adorable striped denim dress. If you’ve followed the blog for a while, you know my Emma is a girly girl. This cute, flirty, PINK and denim dress made her grin ear to ear. She insisted on wearing it to school THAT DAY.

Nautical stripes and a denim tiered skirt make a great combo for any casual occasion!

  • Bodice made of 100% cotton, yarn dyed for long-lasting color
  • Pre-washed with softner added for a great feel
  • Self-fabric 3D rosette applique at left chest
  • Elasticized taping at waist
  • Skirt tiers made of 100% cotton dark indigo denim
  • Tagless label
  • Designed in an above-the-knee length.

To finish off the look she also received a sparkle mesh headband. Emma has never really worn a headband before (because of my experience with them pinching my temples) but it fit her well and she was able to wear it all day at school without any complaints.

Ethan received this adorable neon bike graphic tee. The mixture of the splattered paint and the bike fit his personality just right. He also received a pair of cotton pull on shorts (couldn’t find them on the site) that, as Ethan put it, were soft like jammies.

I can always count on The Children’s Place to have cute and stylish clothing that they want to wear and I don’t cringe while purchasing (no pain in the pocketbook!). Emma’s dress was comfortable with plenty of give for her rambunctious moves on the playground while not pinching her waist or riding up too high while in class or on the rug listening to her teacher read. Ethan’s set was comfortable enough he wanted to wear them to bed that night.
