I’ll admit it. I hate cleaning the bathroom.
So many nooks and crannies, hair and dust, soap scum and let’s not even mention the toilet.
Scotch Brite products actually made the task a little more bearable today. I could easily get into the corners and cracks that have eluded me in the past. The caked on crusty stuff around the base of the shower door, the soap scum that has built up on the shower door and the high up places in our shower stall.
I have to say, my favorite product was the Streak Free Mirror Cloth. I don’t have a terrible time with streaks, but I am always fighting little particles of dust and paper left on the mirror. Using this cloth was a breeze and my mirror was streak free and particle free!
The reusable counter cloth had a thick spongy feel to it. It worked well cleaning the countertop in the bathroom, but I wondered why it “ran blue” when rinsed and squeezed out? It claims to outlast 10 rolls of paper towels! It seems to be thick enough to do just that.

The non scratch angled scrubber is a lot like a kitchen sponge with an angled edge. It’s helpful to reach up underneath surfaces in tight cracks.

The non scratch tub and non scratch shower cleaner are pretty similar items except the shower scrubber is on a telescoping pole to allow for reaching higher areas. Most of the people in our house are near 6 foot tall, so I don’t really see the pole being used to it’s full potential. That being said, it’s still a neat product and if you are on the shorter side or have floor to ceiling tile to scrub this would be great!

The nook & cranny scrubber was used exactly for that… a nook and cranny. Our track on the shower gets white crusty stuff on it that just won’t come off. This scrubber did the trick!

    I like their section on cleaning tips. Here is one of their great tips.. Never let stainless steel flatware soak in water. Prolonged exposure to acidic foods, dairy and salt can cause damage. You should also store them away from plastic and other flatware.

    Its best to let glassware drip dry, but if you must do it by hand, use newspapers that are a few days old (so the ink is dry) to polish glass vases or candlesticks for a streak-free shine. At 3M’s site, I learned that you shouldn’t let stainless steel flatware soak in water – “Prolonged exposure to acidic foods, dairy and salt can cause damage.” I knew that about silver flatware, but not stainless.
