Kaytlin has always wanted a pair of footie pjs, but because she is tall and her legs are long… we just haven’t had much luck finding a pair that didn’t cut into her toes. Last year we both finally admitted defeat… we just couldn’t find any.
I happened to stumble across PajamaCity.com one day and the front page caught my eye. They boast of a 90 day hassle free return policy (Oh! Love that!), they carry sizes 4’4” to 7’ tall (OMG Really?! 7’ tall?!), and $3.95 UPS shipping (Finally a website that doesn’t gouge on shipping!). Their fabric choices include flannel or fleece, they offer drop seat or not, classic or folded-to-cuff feet, and they have kangaroo pockets.
I immediately went to view their sizing chart. I mean, really… this had to be too good to be true. We have searched high and low for footed pajamas in long sizes… were they really here all along?
OMG, YES!! They even have “wide” sizes!
I was so excited to finally find a pair for Kaytlin. So now my problem was, what print? They have so many prints to choose from. Some of my favorites are:
See?? I had a hard time choosing! These weren’t my only favorites either! But, I found a pair that fit Kaytlin’s personality perfectly. The print is called Old School Tattoo. They are fleece… great choice when her room is in the basement and she tends to get pretty cold down there. Here are some of the details listed about this particular pair:

SO… I ordered them and surprised her with them. I was so excited to see them on her! She was beaming when she came up to model for me. I actually got them a size too long because I was so afraid of repeating our experiences last year. Even though they are long she is in love. They are warm, comfy, cute and flattering (not to mention hilarious! The butt flap is a hoot!)! The quality is superb and I am still trying to restrain myself from buying Josh a pair (his big brown puppy dog eyes looked so sad when I told him I didn’t have a pair for him).
