FuzziBunz was created 12 years ago by a mom who was having problems with her son suffering from chronic diaper rashes. After she had tried all the diapering systems out there she knew there had to be a better way… so she created FuzziBunz diapers.

I received a One Size Elite diaper in butter cream to try. What makes the FuzziBunz one size different from all the other one size diapers out there is that there aren’t rows of snaps on the front of the diaper. To adjust the size on this diaper there is elastic in the leg that is easily accessible. You simply adjust it to the right fit for your baby. There is also elastic in the inside back of the diaper that you can adjust to give that great snug fit.

Each diaper comes with two replacement elastics. If you happen to have a resistant potty trainer and need to extend the life of your diaper, FuzziBunz will still have you covered. The leg elastic is easily accessible and allows for easy replacement to give more wear time with the diaper. There are also two minky inserts included with each diaper.  The minky has been found to have:

  • Absorbency without added bulk
  • Odor resistance
  • Less staining and wear
  • A more pleasant feel to the touch

There is also the option of a microfiber or an organic insert if you prefer.

It did take me a while to figure out the right setting for my daughter with a lot of putting the diaper on and off to readjust it. Once I got it figured out it fit trim and snug. The inserts tend to run on the smaller side. Since my daughter pees a lot I found I had to change her a bit more often than with other diapers or she would fill them too fast.

My overall feel of the diaper is I really like the one size adjustment on these diapers. No more snapping down in the front and creating that unwanted bulk that I experience with other one sized diapers.

    I love that they have a lifetime warranty! A mom in one of my groups just had some issues with some of her diapers. They had her send 12 of them in for replacement! She said they are an AWESOME company! That said, I don’t have any FuzziBunz in my stash. Yet. LOL

    I never noticed fuzzibunz had the adjusting elastic. I thought only Soft Bums had it, and they’re a bit more than what i’d like to pay, considering the inserts aren’t even included. But I’ve wanted to try that style of one-size diaper. Glad to know Fuzzibunz is a cheaper option 🙂

    I prefer the fit of the Perfect Size diapers better, but the OS are much trimmer under clothes. I love all the Fuzzibunz colors and their PUL has a nice texture. It doesn’t feel cheap and shiny like other diapers.
