Raspberry Vanilla Overnight Oatmeal Recipe
School is out and the kids are sleeping in (we hope).
My kids are at an age that they will allow us to sleep in past their wake up time if an easy breakfast has been arranged the night before.
This Raspberry Vanilla Overnight Oatmeal is easy for them to stir up and enjoy straight from the fridge.
INGREDIENTS (per serving)
1/2 cup Steal Cut Oats
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Raspberry Preserves
1/4 cup Fresh Raspberries
DIRECTIONS
In a mason jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla and preserves.
Screw on lid and shake well to mix.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
When ready to eat, remove lid and top with fresh raspberries.
