Same Song Second Verse…

Many of you know that last Tuesday, January 31, my Dad had a shunt revision for his hydrocephalus. This went well for several days and then his vision blurred, his memory failed and he slept more than he was awake.

He had his follow up on Friday and the doctor sent him back over to the hospital for another shunt revision. This time they replaced the entire shunt including valve and tubing that drains in his belly. I am a couple of days late posting as I’ve been a little distracted from my blog… but here we go again.

Saying prayers for your dad, you, and your family. I know what stress it is with a family and having to worry about someone you love being sick and/or hospitalized. I hope he has a full and speedy recovery. Blessings, KIM
