Gynoii has added another baby monitor to their selection of monitors. Introducing the Gynoii GPW-1025 baby monitor. The main difference between the GPW-1025 and their older model is this new one has a 355 degree Pan and a 100 degree tilt, along with the option to be able to view the room you are monitoring no matter where you are if you have internet connection on your monitor device.
Set up is as simple as plugging in your monitor and downloading the free Gynoii baby app to your smart phone or tablet. Link up to your in home wifi and connect your camera to your device, you are now ready to use your monitor.
From your monitor device you can turn on custom lullaby’s or one of the pre programed ones. Use two-way talk, take snapshots and video recording, along with creating a time-lapse video. From your pictures and videos you create with your Gynoii baby monitor you can one tap share to social media sites instantly.
I have really liked how clear the day and night time view is on the camera, with a 720p in daytime and infrared at night time I have had no problem seeing what my child is doing even in the middle of the night.
Gynoii gives you the option to share your account with family or friends using their own guest account. This gives your family who live far away and don’t get to see the kids as often as they hope for. Now you can set up a guest account and they can log in to view your child through a live stream. However this doesn’t give them full access to the camera options, they can’t use any of the sound options so there is no disturbing your sleeping child. You can have up to 4 guests at a time.
This is my second camera from Gynoii and it’s so exciting to see the changes they have made to this new model. My only concern about wifi baby monitors is that if you’re not home and have your phone with you, then your babysitter then has to download the app in order to have a monitor for your child.
