Copycat KitKat Bars Recipe
Sometimes the crazy for a candy bar hits so strongly… you start tossing stuff together.
Kit Kat bars are one of my favorites. I love to pick them apart a layer at a time.
Between the crunch, the filling and the chocolate it’s a match made in heaven.
This homemade version hits the spot when you are in that desperate place and they are super easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg Vanilla Creme Wafer Cookies
12 oz Chocolate Melting Chips
DIRECTIONS
Line baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
Melt chocolate by heating in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring and repeat until completely melted.

One word: Want!
Actually, KitKats are my spouse’s favorites, so he would be surprised and delighted if I were to make him a batch of these. And I’ve got to find some of that “naturally flavored” chocolate candy coating (we don’t have Kroger’s around here); I won’t use those artificial candy melts. Thank you!
