When kids walk into a Build a Bear factory their eyes light up to see the endless possibilities that can bring their imagination to life. When I first set foot in one of their stores I felt like a child all over again. My son would pick out one thing and I would try to talk him into something I liked, I was so trying to live my childhood through him.

Both my older two kids have a Build a Bear but my youngest does not. So when I was asked to review one I jumped on the chance for my youngest to also have one. I brought over my 5 year old so and we went shopping for what Mason might like. Karson found the Yoda Bear and had a hard time diverting his attention away from Yoda. So Yoda joined our family and was chosen as Mason’s newest friend for life.

The Bear comes in a cute box that is shaped like a house for your bear, your child can color it a make it their own. The Teddy bear is the 16 in. Midnight Teddy, he is so soft and snuggly. The outfit is the Yoda costume which is a 2 piece outfit, the jacket and the headpiece. We also got the light saber, with the push of a button the light sabre lights just like the real ones. All the clothes are removable so you can continue to purchase more outfits for your friend.

Build a Bear has a stuffer friend for any one of your kids… from My Little Pony, Smurfs, Dogs, Cats, Santa, Bears and so many more. Once you have your friend picked out you get to pick out their outfit, be creative and create them in the style of your child or let your child’s imagination come to life and let them do all the picking. You will have so much fun creating your child’s new friend whether you are ordering online or get to visit one of their stores.

    I have always loved the little world Build-a-Bear creates for their products – even sending a birthday greeting for the new pal. I really like the new holiday items – especially the Rudolph slippers. Adorable!
