Although my shopping list is on the small side this year (we are taking a family vacation instead of having a big Christmas), I am still drawn to check out the Black Friday ads that are starting to trickle (aka “leak”) onto the internet.

I have been there, done that when it comes to standing/sitting/shivering in line for hours (ok, let’s be honest… I waited for nearly 8 hours one year outside of Best Buy) waiting for my biggest wish list item.

This year I am going to still wake up early, but I am going to be stalking these same stores online… with coupons from coupons.com to make some of the deals even better!

Shopping online I can window and comparison shop easier and quicker. If one store sells out, the other store is just a few clicks away! Compare this to finding out the store you are at is out of the one thing you really wanted. By the time you fight your way back outside to your car, drive to the next store, fight your way in… that store is bound to be out, too.

So I’ve been making my mental list and watching the ads.

Some of my Black Friday sales wishes include things like:

• Samsung Galaxy Tablet (I’m thinking 7” but depending on the price could go bigger)
• iPhone or Samsung Galaxy SIII or IV (Josh needs a new phone)
• Leappad games for Emma & Ethan
• Nintendo DS & 3DS games
