This past month has been eye opening for myself and our family. My Dad had an unexpected illness that put him in the hospital for nearly a month so far. He has been confused and forgetful throughout the entire time. Fortunately for him we were able to get a health care directive and Power of Attorney signed before he wasn’t fit to sign.
