If you haven’t heard of The Daily Portrait yet, let me introduce you. The Daily Portrait is a personalized piece of memorabilia that captures a small moment in time for you to display on your wall forever. You can chose to celebrate several occasions like an anniversary, birthday, birth, wedding, Bat Mitzvah or graduation. It is so much nicer than stashing a newspaper away from that day in time. This is display ready and fun to glance at time and again… and it makes a nice statement on your wall!
I was so excited when Milson Road agreed to let me review The Daily Portrait. My husband and I have been married for 22 years now and we never really collected important news clips etc from the past for mementos.
When The Daily Portrait arrived I was impressed with how detailed they were with the packaging. It was incased in bubble wrap… multiple layers to protect the glass and frame. After unwrapping it, I was in awe. The framing job was fantastic. The 
Daily Portrait comes with a mat and frame (chosen by you). It hangs by a metal wire, not one of those tiny hooks that are near impossible to find when hanging. To top it off, they put a little silver “plaque” centered at the bottom with the names and date you are commemorating.
I found it enjoyable to remember things from the past like what songs were popular, what movies and actors won awards and have them compared to present day. The more information you can give them about the event, the more detailed they can be in the finished product.
It’s pretty simple really. Have the celebration/event date, names, photos you want to use, the event location and some event details handy and the order process will go smoothly. I chose to have them send a proof for me to approve before printing. The process was painless and the product was beautiful.
