Ever have those moments in life where you just need a fresh start? Out with the old and in with the new? Well, it has been long overdue for me to update my bedroom and I have been dreaming of finally making my room a place of peace and comfort.
I came across the Brooklinen website and found just what I was looking for! The site had many classic shades and patterns to create fun yet sophisticated look. I chose the Bedford Navy Stripe Luxe Hardcore Sheet Bundle. This bundle includes a Core Sheet Set (1 flat, 1 fitted and 2 standard pillow cases), plus 1 duvet cover and 2 extra pillow cases. The great thing about this bundle is that you can Mix and Match different patterns and colors.
I decided on a combination of the Bedford navy stripe and solid white.

When my little treasure arrived, it came in the cutest little fabric bag!
It was recommended to wash before use and I was pleasantly surprised how well they washed. They came out soft and best of all no wrinkles! I’ve always had this anal-retentive trait about wrinkles in my sheets since I was a little kid. I’ve come across some sheets sets over the years that are just horrible despite the “no wrinkle” claims. These stood up to their claim!

Here are pictures of before and after. Be kind and keep in mind that the room is a work in progress, but this set is a wonderful update that I’m very pleased with.

I appreciate how user-friendly this set is. Easily machine washable and I’m willing to bet these will just get softer after as time goes by. The corner ties are in the duvet cover are really nice to keep the insert in place. Up there on my irritation list besides wrinkles, is having the insert sliding around inside the cover. It needs to stay in place and behave itself already! LOL Yes, clearly I have issues! I also love that I can remove and replace the insert as the seasons change to maintain a comfortable temperature.
Overall, I’m very pleased with this set and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to bring a little “new” into their lives!

They also have some really beautiful blankets & quilts. The Pendleton Heritage Blanket / Lahaina Wave is my favorite because of the beautiful teal color in it, but all of that collection is gorgeous.
