Over The Rainbow Copycat Shamrock Shake Recipe
If you are on the hunt for a little extra Luck ‘O the Irish this St. Patty’s Day, this quick and easy Shamrock Shake Recipe should do the trick!
My kids LOVE these and they are so easy to make.
Ingredients:
2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cup of Milk
Mint Extract
Green Food Coloring
Whipped Crème
Air Heads Rainbow Candy (optional)
In a blender add 2 cups of vanilla Ice Cream.
Add 1 cup of milk, and ½ teaspoon of mint extract.
Then simply add 5-7 drops of green food coloring and blend.
Once all is blended transfer to a serving glass.
You can add some clouds to the top of your shake with whipped crème and you can add your rainbow candies if you like.
Super quick, super easy! 🙂

Wow this looks really cool to make with my kids, love the rainbow candies added to it.
Oh my goodness! This looks so yummy! I’m always trying to find “fun” things to make for my granddaughter. If it looks fun, she is more likely to eat/drink it. She is at that “picky” stage, unfortunately. I might leave out the mint flavoring, but the rest is awesome. Thank you so much for posting this! God bless!

It does look like a Shamrock Shake. Those are pretty good, too, but I will always be a strawberry shake lover (of course, I could always use the green food coloring on them, too, lol.)
LOL I want the airheads the most. My favorite candy in the world and they don’t sell the rainbow here in stores. Very cute recipe.
