The cluster of diamonds consist of 1 round brilliant cut center diamond accent that is surrounded by 9 round brilliant cut diamond accents. These are somehow hinged inside the pendant and ever so slightly move. So just the beat of your heart makes the diamonds gently move adding a shimmer and gleam to your neck.
