31 Gifts Hope Kits for #GivingTuesday
I received a sample for review purposes. All opinions are my own.
What is a Hope Kit?
The Hope Kit is a Thirty-One Gift’s Cosmetic Bag filled with essential hygiene supplies such as a toothbrush, shampoo, hairbrush soap and a special note of encouragement.
WHAT IS #GIVINGTUESDAY?
We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
It’s a simple idea. Just find a way for your family, your community, your company or your organization to come together to give something more. Then tell everyone you can about how you are giving. Join us and be a part of a global celebration of a new tradition of generosity.
On #GivingTuesday, for the first 31,000 donations made to World Vision, Thirty-One Gifts will donate a Hope Kit tote filled with hygiene supplies to a woman or girl in need in the US>
You can make a donation on #GivingTuesday by phone (1-888-511-6588) or online (Worldvision.org) to World Vision on Giving Tuesday.
On #GivingTuesday every donation made to the Christian humanitarian agency World Vision will make twice the impact by combatting poverty in one of the 100 countries where World Vision works.
I was thoroughly impressed by the Hope Kit… from bag to contents. What really touched my heart was the hand written note from the volunteer that packed this Hope Kit. I can imagine just how much a bag like this could mean to someone in need.
This #GivingTuesday why not participate in this unique way for us to multiply our charitable impact?
