Little Tikes Tunnel N Dome

Out of the box
Little Tikes Tunnel ‘N Dome arrived at my house for a review and boy where my kids excited and itching to get it set up.

Taking it out of the box there was some assembly required, it took me maybe 5 min to set it up and have it ready for use.

There weren’t any tools required nor any screws, everything just slides together.

It’s getting colder outside so I set it up in my basement so it would get more play time out of it.

Climbing the dome
The Tunnel ‘N Dome is so colorful and inviting for all ages. It is recommended for ages 3-6 and up to 60lbs per child.

My 4 year old and 6 year old were the first to test out the tunnel and dome. The Dome is shaped like a igloo and very spacious inside to play and use it as a fort.

Playing in the tunnel
The tunnel is attached by a sticky velcro strip that is placed on the inside of the dome. Then there is a velcro strip sewn onto the tunnel that attaches to the sticky velcro in the dome.

We were having issues with keeping the velcro attached. It seemed to pull apart when the kids would crawl through the tunnel. This however hasn’t stopped my kids from having hours of fun playing with the Tunnel ‘N Dome.

Many shapes and holes
There are lots of different sized and shaped holes all over the dome for easy climbing. Really what child doesn’t like to climb?

Playing King of the Castle
My kids love playing king of the castle on the top of the dome.

Inside the Dome
Inside the dome there is lots of room for probably 3-4 smaller kids. My kids are always asking for a fort to play in, now they have one that doesn’t fall apart or collapse on them.

Peek A Boo
The Little Tikes Tunnel ‘N Dome is so durable, I can trust it will be around for years to come. This is a great outdoor toy, but can be a inside toy as well if you have the room to set it up.

Crazy Play
Kids get so many toys for inside that it’s nice to find some great outdoor toys as well that can withstand the weather.

    I love the Classic Castle. My son had one when he was little and got so much play out of it. It held up great and was passed on to a friend, who also passed it on. At least 3 families got use out of it. I am now looking for some great outside toys for our little one.
