I have a husband who I like to call a gaming nerd. He has grown up playing his video games and that’s just one part of him I will never be able to change. This is a wireless headset with the added option of using them wired to game as well. There is a battery life up to 12 hours of wireless playing, however if you are using all the lighting on them it will lower the battery life to about 8 hours, and really that is still a LOT of gaming time.

Tucked inside is a fold away noise cancelling mic. You never have to worry about not being heard with this crystal clear boom mic. When your on mute there is a LED light to indicate that your on mute. When not in use simply just tuck it away and you don’t have to have the mic in your face while playing.

The padding on this set is unreal. Once you slip these over your ears you’re taken away from reality. I was blown away at how snug and comfortable these felt… they are meant to be worn for long periods at a time. The ear cups and headband are well padded using a new sports mesh material. I was surprised to learn that the ear cups can be removed from the headset and washed.

You have finger tip controls for controlling your gaming experience using the Logitech Gaming Software. Program your settings into the G-Keys, and control your audio profiles, skip songs, activate push-to-talk communication, trigger instant in-game command combinations and so much more.

Taking this system out of the box you have a right and left  speaker, a subwoofer, 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm cable, and a control pod.

Hooking up the speakers are as simple as plugging the power into your wall outlet and connecting your left and right speakers to the back of the sub using the color to color matching… very simple. Next connect your device. I use my android phone to play my music so I connect it directly to the control pod. You can connect these speakers to different devices such as, your PC, tablet, smartphone, game console or TV via 3.5 mm jacks or RCA inputs.

There are instructions on the flaps of the box that you can take a look at for hooking up your device, or use the images on the back of the sub to connect correctly.

The all-access control pod is wired to your sub and lets you have the control right at your finger tips. Control the power on/off, volume and bass all from the control pod.
