Easy Strawberry Mousse Pie Recipe
Memorial Day is quickly approaching which means barbeques and outdoor get togethers.
My favorite summer “flavor” is anything strawberry.
This Strawberry Mousse Pie is simple with only 4 ingredients from the store!
You will need:
1 package Strawberry Jell-O
2/3 cup Boiling Water
4 Ice Cubes
8 oz Cool Whip
1 cup sliced Strawberries
1 cup diced Strawberries
1 Graham Cracker Crust
- Mix Jell-O and boiling water in a medium bowl. Stir until Jell-O is dissolved.
- Add ice and stir until Jell-O cools and begins to thicken.
- Whisk in Cool Whip to incorporate and then add diced strawberries.
- Spoon mixture into crust and refrigerate for at least several hours.
- Top with whipped cream (optional) and sliced strawberries before serving.

We buy lots of strawberries when the weather is warmer. Now I have a new recipe to use them for. Strawberries are my favorite. Love how easy this is to make.

Oh.My.Goodness! This looks so good and it only takes a few ingredients. Just yesterday, I spent $300 at the grocery store, but I think I need to go back for strawberries and Cool Whip! Yum!
