I like the giveaway tools because its faster but it has flaws. Like I accidentally put this giveaway in as an entry for another giveaway that I meant to put on another giveaways form and there is no way for me to change or delete it.

Though I think Rafflecopter is easier, I do think this form is better because you know that people can’t do false entries. You also know that you are following someone on twitter/facebook/etc because you can’t continue unless it works.

I think I like this system better than Rafflecopter, but there must have been a glitch just a little while ago. Wouldn’t let me enter re: no cookies or java, which I have. After 3 attempts it did fine. The only thing that is kind of pain is the e-mail subscription and having to sign up again, even if you have it.

I don’t have a smart phone or anything fancy like that but I sure would feel safe with this system in my apt. For me Rafflecopter is easier. I can see though how bloggers would like the Giveaway tools more. For some reason, I always forget the multiple daily tweets on this one though…as is is harder to see when you come back to it. Does that make sense?

I like that you can expand your system piece by piece instead of having to buy everything – even if you aren’t going to use it.
I like how I don’t have to copy and paste a tweet URl in the Giveaway Tools. I don’t like how I have to click on the feedburner to enter my entry and the way the following on twitter is set up. I’ve seen it on other sites where the twitter box is used and it automatically checks and blanks out the box if you are already following.
What I like about SimpliSafe is that it’s easy to self-install, easy to purchase direct from us online, and doesn’t require a contract or a telephone line. It’s also wireless, cellular, and customizable…which means it works anywhere and will fit any house, apartment or business.
I think both are pretty good tools. I am more familiar with RaffleCopter as I have seen it used more, but once I used the Giveaway Tool it was just as easy. I like that the Giveaway Tools entries number seems more realistic with the numbers not being so high, and it also seems like it would be more secure for the person holding the giveaway as it confirms the action has been completed before you can submit the entry.

I love that it works off a cellular system, and that I can feel a little better leaving my kids at home (ages 12 and 13) for a few hours with this.
I prefer the new tool for Twitter entries, of course. I prefer Rafflecopter because it gives me more information on the stats of the giveaway. it doesn’t really make any difference, I know, but I’m a stats person, and that’s why I enjoy sweeps. If I had to pick one over the other, I’d stick with Rafflecopter. Maybe they can figure out the Twitter thing sometime…

Rafflecopter or Giveaway Tools, doesn’t really matter to me. I have, though, caught an issue with Giveaway Tools – the entry for ‘like’the post on facebook will count as done even if that silly ‘confirm’ message comes up. And there is no way to go back to the entry and confirm it.
