In this episode, Minnie needs some help getting everything ready for her party including making royal crowns for their costumes, searching for Sir Goofalot’s lost shoe, stringing up paper lanterns and much, much more. At the ball, Professor Von Drake hosts the great Clubhouse Costume Show and gives out prize ribbons to all the friends who have dressed up in some funny and fancy costumes. All it takes is a heaping helping of imagination…and the right Mouseketools.

Ever since Emma & Ethan were introduced to Mickey Mouse Club House, they are enthralled with anything Mickey Mouse. Emma was especially excited to watch this DVD as the featured character is a GIRL… Minnie Mouse!

This DVD did not disappoint. Both Emma & Ethan watched every single second of the video. I like that Emma is learning things like sharing, how to be a friend and problem solving while watching some of her now favorite characters!

The Mickey Mote is a new feature added to entertain and subtly educate our pre-schoolers. After programming the Mickey Mote (instructions are included & simple to follow) they can use the Mickey Mote to easily respond to questions posed throughout the story about what they just watched by pressing one of four color-coded buttons on the device — a yellow star, green circle, orange triangle or blue square – just click to respond! Discovery Mode features include two levels of play, which provides more challenging questions as your child grows.

The Mickey Mote can be used with any Disney Preschool DVD that includes the Discovery Mode feature. To date there are more than 11 titles that can be used with the remote control, just take a look at the back of the package to make sure.

I would definitely recommend this DVD to anyone that asked! Emma & Ethan both enjoy it, they are learning essential skills while enjoying themselves and the added comprehension & recognition drills added in with the Mickey Mote take this DVD over the top!
